  • Orders for Second business day, Next business day and express mail that are placed by 11am CST will leave our warehouse the same day.
  • Orders shipping outside the continental United States may have shipping delays. Typically, in-stock items take 7-15 business days.
  • For APO/FPO Addresses, please note all packages will be delivered via United States Postal Service and are not eligible for express options.
  • Standard shipping and priority shipping are routed by UPS and delivered locally by the United States Post Office (USPS).

When will my order ship?

If your in-stock order is placed by 11am CST, it will ship the same day (weekends and holidays excluded).

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and quick link to track your package. This information is also available in MyRoom.

If you are shipping via UPS, and would like to track the movement of your package, please sign up for UPS MyChoice.

Returns & Exchanges

What is HisRoom's return Policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a credit or exchange. We only accept new, odor-free merchandise with original tags.

Items returned within 30 days will receive credit back on their initial credit card or account.

Please Note: all items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return - this includes final sale items with .99 endings.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping. For your convenience, when you process a return, you can select to download a pre-paid shipping label. A fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your return credit should you choose this option.

During the return process, you can also choose to return the item yourself. We recommend that you use an insured, traceable method. HisRoom cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

What happens if I was shipped the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that we inadvertently shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at 1-800-558-6779. We will issue you a pre-paid label for your return, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement product.

We will provide a mailing label and RMA number, and you choose who you use to ship the item back to us. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost packages.

How do I make an exchange?

Need to exchange something for a different size? Please initiate your exchange via our easy online return system

If you need your item quickly, we can place a new order for you and have the item shipped ASAP. Once we receive your original item back, you will be credited back to your original form of payment.

We will e-mail you once we have processed your return, and again when your exchange ships.

Items returned within 40 days of the date shipped will receive credit back on their initial credit card or account.

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received your return. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed your return. Shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.

International Orders

Does HisRoom accept international orders?
Yes! We ship internationally to over 100 countries and territories through our shipping partner Borderfree. Our international customers can see product prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals, cost-effective international shipping options and more. To see prices in your country's currency, simply click on the flag icon in the upper right corner of our home page and select your country from the menu that appears.

What is Borderfree?
Borderfree is a groundbreaking global e-commerce solution owned by Pitney-Bowes. It allows our international customers to view product pricing in the currency of their choice, choose the best international shipping options, and receive the lowest possible guaranteed order total. The Borderfree partnership allows us to provide the best shopping experience to our international customers.

How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping cost is based on a number of factors including desired shipping speed, the weight of your items, and your country. Your shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree check-out process and will be based on what you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

When will my international order ship?
You will be quoted a specific delivery timeframe at the time of check-out based on your selected destination country and shipping methods.

Can I track my international order?
Once your package has cleared our international shipping facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail (from BorderFree?) with your tracking information. You can also track your package through Borderfree with your order number.

What is the HisRoom return policy for International orders?
We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a credit. We only accept new, odor-free merchandise with tags.

To begin an international return, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your RMA will be issued through our partner, Borderfree, and will include mailing instructions, drop-off locations and shipping costs related to returning the item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a credit to your original form of payment. Please allow 5 days for us to process your return once we receive it.
